Adalie J. Thibodeaux

Funeral Mass for Adalie J. Thibodeaux of Dupont will be held on Friday, January 17, 2025, beginning at 1:30 PM in the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Dupont with Fr. Abraham Varghese officiating. Burial will follow in the church mausoleum.

Adalie Thibodeaux, 82, passed away at his residence in Dupont. He served in the United States Army as a medic, and he retired from the Raymond Laborde Correctional Center in Cottonport.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 57 years, Sandra Turner Thibodeaux; son, Larry Thibodeaux (Celeste); daughter, Connie Thibodeaux; grandchildren, Nathan Strong, Brooke Thibodeaux, Travis Strong, Miranda Coco (Joseph), Dustin Thibodeaux, Gauge Juneau, Alex Thibodeaux (Stacy Robertson), Abby Thibodeaux, Cody Moreau, Macie Moreau (William Henderson), Laylah Thibodeaux; 15 great grandchildren; siblings, Weston Thibodeaux, Verna Lee, and Irene Priester.

He was preceded in death by his son, Michael Thibodeaux; grandchildren, Chance Thibodeaux, and Jonah Thibodeaux; parents, Vernie Lee and Orliean Thibodeaux; siblings, Eugene Thibodeaux, Murphy Thibodeaux, Louis Thibodeaux, Dorothy Farve, Wesley Thibodeaux, Lesley Thibodeaux, and Orliean Thibodeaux, Jr.

Visitation will be held at the Immaculate Conception Church Hall in Dupont on Friday, January 17, 2025, beginning at 9:00 AM until the time of service.
