Funeral services for Agnes Kimball Edmond will be held on Monday, June 6, 2016 beginning at 2:00 pm in the Latanache Baptist Church in Batchelor. Visitation will be held from 10:00 am until time of service in the church.
Agnes Edmond, 91, resident of Batchelor, passed away on June 2, 2016 in the Lakeview Manor Nursing Home in New Roads.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward J. Edmond; parents, John A. "Coon" and Dosia (Simmons) Kimball; son, Daniel Edmond; 3 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren and 2 brothers, Oliver and Alvin Kimball.
She leaves to cherish her memory, eight children, Linda Bass of Baker, LA, Edward Edmond of Ville Platte, LA, Theresa Edmond of Ville Platte, LA, Rhett Edmond of Moreauville, LA, John Edmond of Ville Platte, LA, Patricia Edmond of Innis, LA, Kathy Lafleur of Ville Platte, LA and Karen Pope (Daughter) of Hinton, OK; brother, Donald Kimball of Batchelor; 36 grandchildren, 77 great grandchildren and 27 great great grandchildren.
