Funeral services for Alvin Shorty Francisco will take place at the St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church of Mansura on Saturday, August 6, 2011, beginning at 10:00am with Father Chad Partain officiating. Visitations will be held at the Escud Funeral Home of Mansura, prior to the funeral, beginning at 8:00am. Burial services will commence at the St. Paul Catholic Cemetery.
Alvin Francisco, age 85, passed away at the Valley View Nursing Home on Saturday, July 30, 2011. He is preceded in death by his parents, Frances Eola Batiste Francisco daughter, Cynthia Cormier brothers, Lester Francisco, Roland Francisco, Joseph Joe Francisco sister, Josephine Francisco. He is survived by his brothers, Harrison Francisco of New Iberia, Samuel Francisco of Cottonport, Walter David Francisco of Mansura sisters, Mildred Francisco of Mansura, Beatrice Francisco Lavalais of Mansura. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephew, extended family, friends.
Services and arrangement are under the direction of Escud Funeral Home.
