Amie Harris

Sister Amie Marie Harris was born in Pineville, LA on November 11, 1976. She departed this life on January 24, 2010 at the age of 33.
Services for Amie Marie Harris will be held at the Old Zion Baptist Church in Cottonport, LA on Saturday, February 6, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. with the Pastor Donald Tibbs officiating services. Family and friends may give their respects prior to services at the Old Zion Baptist church between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in the Old Zion Baptist Church Cemetery, under the direction of Escude Funeral Home.
Amie was a faithful member of the Old Zion Baptist Church. She was a long time employee at the Paragon Casino in Marksville, LA, in the Finance department.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Sister Eddie Mae Harris.
She leaves to mourn two daughters ShaKyra Alini Harris and ShaLayna Terriona Day of Cottonport, LA two sisters Amelda Harris Dobison of Lawrenceville, GA, and Rebecca Machelle Harris of Cottonport, LA two brothers Joseph Maxwell Harris of Cottonport, LA and Eddie Ray Harris of Atlanta, GA and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
