Amiline Lacombe

Born: November 21, 1923

Funeral services for Amiline LaCombe of Raceland formerly of Marksville will be held on Thursday, October 9, 2014, beginning at 11am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Moreauville with Fr. Marc Noel officiating. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9, 2014, beginning at 8am until 11am at the Escud Funeral Home in Moreauville. Burial will follow service at the St. Paul Cemetery in Mansura.

Amiline LaCombe, age 90, passed away on Friday, October 3, 2014. She was preceded in death by her parents: Marceles Jeansonne and Doris Gaspard, brothers: Rufus Jeansonne and George Jeansonne, sisters: Fredna Bordelon and Hazel Tassin, husband: Guy Lacombe, Sr., grandson: Ray Lacombe.

Those left to cherish her memory are sons along with spouses: Mike Kathy LaCombe, Raymond LaCombe Lisa, and Guy Holly LaCombe, Jr., daughters along with spouses: Theresa Knight, Nettie Howard, and Doris Carl Gaubert. Fourteen grandchildren along with spouses: Tonya Darryl, Brandi Jeremy, MJ Mandie, Kevin, Brent, Joshua, Christian, William, Michele Tavi, Shelley Chad, Ramona John, Genna, Garret, and Gary. Also cherished twenty two greatgrandchildren.

A memorial mass will be held at a later date at St. Hilary in Raceland, LA. A special thanks to the Raceland Manor, Hessmer Nursing Home, St. Ann Hospital, Avoyelles Hospital, Jill Bordelon, and Brittiny Bullock.
