Funeral services for Aninsten J C Armand of Cottonport will take place at the St. Marys Assumption Catholic Church of Cottonport on Tuesday, November 8, 2011, beginning at 11:00am with Father Jamie Medina Cruz officiating. Visitations will be held at the Escud Funeral Home of Cottonport on Monday, November 7, 2011, from 5:00pm to 9:00pm and will resume on Tuesday morning at 8:00am. Burial services will commence at the St. Mary Catholic Cemetery 2.
Aninsten J C Armand, age 87, passed away at the Bayou Vista Nursing Home of Bunkie on Friday, November 4, 2011. He is preceded in death by his wife, Ethelee Armand son, Dale Armand grandson, Scott Armand parents, Jerome Angelle Chenevert Armand brothers, Mason Armand, Joseph Abbie Armand. He is survived by his son, Newell Armand of Shreveport daughter, Karen McBride of Lecompte brother, Neilson Armand of Cottonport sisterinlaw, Bertha McDonald of Metairie brotherinlaw, Maitland Armand of Bridge City, TX. He is also survived by his seven grandchildren fourteen greatgrandchildren.
