Funeral services for Anne Michot of Hessmer will take place at the Escud Funeral Home of Mansura on Saturday, May 5, 2012, beginning at 2:00pm. Visitations will also be held at the funeral home, beginning on Friday, May 4, 2012 at 5:00pm and will last all night until times of service on Saturday. Burial services will commence at the St. Alphonsus Cemetery.
Anne Michot, age 86, passed away at the Rapides Regional Medical Center on Thursday, May 3, 2012. She is preceded in death by her husband, Cilton Michot parents, Gilmore Michot, Sr. Minnie Mayeaux Michot brothers, Gilmore Michot, Jr. Terrill Michot. She is survived by her children, Minnie Deshotel of Hessmer, Julia Corsaro of Hessmer, Ray Michot, Sr. of Hessmer brothers, Burton Michot, Sr. of Hessmer, Fred Michot of Hessmer. She is also survived by her seven grandchildren Hosea Deshotel, III, Ray Michot, Jr., Craig Michot, Sr., Angelina Rabalais, Brandon Corsaro, James Sylvester, Cilton Michot thirteen greatgrandchildren.
