Funeral services for Annie Dubroc of Belledeau will take place at the St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church of Belledeau on Thursday, April 24, 2014 beginning at 11:00am. Visitation will be held at the Escud Funeral Home of Mansura on Wednesday, April 23, 2014 from 5:00pm to 10:00pm and will resume Thursday morning. Burial will commence at the St. Martin of Tours Cemetery.
Annie Dubroc, age 87, passed away at the Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital on Tuesday, April 22, 2014. She was married for 53 years to Eugene Dubroc. She worked at JM Poultry for many years and also owned and operated Annies Cake Shop in Belledeau. She enjoyed baking cakes, sewing, quilting, and making homemade crafts. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Dubroc parents, Anderson Guillot Eunice Dauzat daughter, Jennifer ONishea brother, Percy Guillot and two grandchildren Kyle Rhonda Bordelon. She is survived by her three daughters, Betty Comeaux Paul, Anna Normand, and Sandra Juneau Gaston all of Belledeau six grandchildren, Mark Bordelon, Dawn Poret, Machelle Gagnard, Michael Normand, Kyle Guillot, Kimberly ONishea Corley eight greatgrandchildren six greatgreatgrandchildren. Pallbearers will include Mark Bordelon, Michael Normand, Mark Gagnard, Kyle Guillot, Garrett Corley, Kim Poret.
