Avit Bandy

Funeral services for Avit Bandy of Bordelonville will take place at the St. Peters Catholic Church Hall of Bordelonville on Monday, December 13, 2010, beginning at 10:00am. Visitations will also be held at the church hall on Sunday, December 12, 2010, from 3:00pm to 10:00pm, and will resume Monday morning at 8:00am. Burial services will commence at the St. Michael Cemetery of Rexmer.
Avit Bandy, age 62, passed away at the Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital of Alexandria on Thursday, December 9, 2010. He is preceded in death by his parents, Louis Vivian Bandy, Sr. brother, Louis Bandy, Jr. He is survived by his daughters, Lana Gawrych of Mount Pleasant, SC., Christian Pearson Bailey of Denham Springs, and Shannon Bandy of Montana brothers, Adris Bandy of Bordelonville, Ted Bandy of Denham Springs, Venson Bandy of Bordelonville sisters, Marie Marcotte of Bordelonville, Brenda Lemoine of Hamburg. He is also survived by his three grandchildren.
