Funeral Mass for Barbara Ann Augustine will take place at the Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church of Mansura on Friday, July 14^th, 2023 at 11:00am with Fr. Blake Deshautelle officiating.

Barbara Augustine, age 66, of Cottonport, passed away on July 2, 2023, at Hessmer Nursing Home in Hessmer.

Those to cherish her memory are children, Nathaniel Augustine (Angela Thomas) of Shreveport, Monique Augustine (Charles Coutee) of Mansura, and Carla Jones (Warren Dale Charleston) of Mansura; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild; sister, Mary (Mitchell) Sullivan of Cottonport; brother, Farrell “Pipe” (Nancy) Augustine of Moreauville; and host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Lynn Jones; parents, Wilfred Augustine and Grace Lucille Francois; brothers, Paul Augustine, Wilfred Augustine, Jr., Samuel Augustine, and Randy “Homie” Augustine.

Visitation will be held at 8:00am at the Escude Funeral Home of Mansura on Friday, July 14^th, 2023 until time of services.
