Bernadine Prevot

Bernadine Prevot was born in Mansura, La to Theophis and Verdie Prevot on December 12, 1924. Later she was baptized at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church . She devoted her life to her children and grandchildren. The Lord was her strength and guidance.
Bernadine was preceded in death by her parents Theophis and Verdie Prevot, son William Tanner Sr., brothers Obey Prevot, Rapheal Prevot, Hubort Prevot, Ervin Prevot, Emmeric Prevot, and one sister Earline Prevot Jones, brothersinlaw Leonard Jones, Peter Sampson Sr., Henry Legras Sr.
She leaves to cherish her memory her children Louis Prevot Carolyn of New Orleans, La., Jacqueline Anderson Cleveland of Reserve, La, Joycelyn Jacobs of Pineville, La., Betty Prevot of New Orleans, La. Sisters Genevia Sampson, Doretha Legras, Evelyn Augustine Joseph, sistersinlaw Rosa Prevot, Flossie Prevot, and Godchild Rodney Legras. Seventeen grandchildren Kirk Penn, Monique Prevot, Louis Prevot Jr., Stacy Prevot, Jerome Tanner, Uchenna Tanner, Cleveland Anderson, Byron Anderson, William Tanner Jr., Michael Tanner, Anthony Tanner, David Tanner, Jamerson Tanner, Daniel Tanner, Chris Jacobs, Jason Jacobs, Renee Jacobs. Nineteen great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Special in her heart nephews Joseph Legras Sr., James Sampson, and niece Romona Legras Johnson.
