Funeral services for Bernard Jacob will be held at 11:00am, Saturday, September 18, 2010 at Escude Funeral Home of Mansura with Rev. Gary Ford officiating. Burial will be held at St. Pauls Cemetery in Mansura. Arrangements are held under the direction of Escude Funeral Home of Mansura.
Mr. Jacob, age 65, of Marksville, passed away Wednesday, September 8, 2010 at his residence.
He is preceded in death by his father, Abraham Jacob of Marksville mother, Louise Augustine Jacob of Marksville and sister, Perline Lavalais.
Survivors include his two daughters, Shantelle Jacob of Marksville and Annette Jacob of Baton Rouge six sisters, Marie Bonton of Marksville, Laura Lavalais of Marksville, Hazel Milton of Hickory Hill, Thelma Washington of Alexandria, Zelma Ford of Marksville and Edna Coleman of Ruby two brothers, Arthur Jacob of Houston, Texas and Martin Jacob of Marksville two sons, Kevin Jacob of Cottonport and Shaft Jacob of Marksville 12 grandchildren.
Visitations will be held at Escude Funeral Home of Mansura, Saturday, September 18, from 10:00am to 11:00am.
