Funeral Mass for Betty Mae Lemoine of Moreauville will begin at 11:00am on Friday, February 11th, 2022 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Moreauville with Rev. Brian Seiler officiating. Entombment will be held at the Sacred Heart Catholic Mausoleum.

Betty Lemoine, age 89, passed away at the Hessmer Nursing Home on Monday, February 7th, 2022.

Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Deborah Lemoine, Jude Martin Lemoine (Sue), Samuel Lemoine (Karen), Hansel Lemoine (Beth); her brothers, Eddie Lemoine and Johnny Lemoine. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, Nicholas Lemoine (Lauren), Bradley Lemoine, Mary Beth Schilling (Scott), Lauren Bordelon, Melanie Laborde (Adam), Katie Lemoine, Jeremy Lemoine (Christa), Cory Lemoine; 15 great-grandchildren, Vivian Lemoine, Lillian Lemoine, Jude Bailey Schilling, Kate Schilling, Layton Fontenot, Benjamin Bordelon, Peyton Bordelon, Alex Laborde, Caroline Laborde, Lillian Laborde, Alaina Lemoine, Leland Lemoine, Layla Lemoine, Sadie Lemoine, and Nevaeh Remillong.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ignatius Lemoine; parents, Lester and Maben Juneau Lemoine; brother, Lester “Brother” Joseph Lemoine.

Visitation will begin at 10:00am until time of service on Friday, February 11th, 2022 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Moreauville. A Holy Rosary will be recited at 10:30am before the funeral mass.
