Funeral services for Billy Ray Cooper will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, February 16, 2013 at Escude Funeral Home of Mansura. Visitation will be on Saturday, February 16, from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Escude Funeral Home of Mansura. Burial services to follow in St. Pauls Catholic Cemetery in Mansura. Services will be under direction of Escude Funeral Home.

Mr. Cooper, age 56 of Mansura, passed away on Sunday, February 10, 2013 at Veterans Hospital of Pineville.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Lester Cooper, Sr., and Anna Bell Cooper, and one brother, Lester Cooper, Jr.

Survivors include is wife Dianne Cooper of Mansura two brothers, Willie Cooper of Chicago, Illinois, Thomas Cooper of Chicago, Illinois three sisters, Lettie Davis of Chicago, Illinois, Essie Francisco of Chicago, Illinois, Clara Herrington, of Chicago, Illinois numerous nieces and nephews,a nd extended family and friends.
