Bobby Lovell Dowden Services for Bobby Lovell Dowden will be at 3 p.m. on Sunday, July 26, 2009 at First United Pentecostal Church in Hicks. Burial will be in First United Pentecostal Cemetery, Hicks under the direction of Escude Funeral Home of Simmesport. Bobby Lovell Dowden, 45, of Simmesport, passed away at Rapides Regional Medical Center, Alexandria July 21, 2009. He is preceded in death by his father, Bobby Gene Dowden. Survivors include his wife, Jenny McInnis Dowden of Simmesport; two daughters, Megan Dowden and Hanna Dowden of Simmesport; son, Dalton Dowden of Simmes-port; granddaughter, Natalie Theriot of Simmesport; mother, Janice Hagan Kennedy of Simmesport; step-father, Kenneth Easley of Simmesport; sister, Denise Fabre' of Laranger; two brothers, Greg Dowden of Fifth Ward and Terry Dowden of Moreauville. Visitation will be at Escude Funeral Home of Simmesport Saturday, July 25, 2009 from 11 a.m. until departing for Hicks Sunday Morning. A wake service will be held Saturday at 8 p.m. Visitation will continue Sunday morning from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the First United Pentecostal Church in Hicks. Pallbearers will be James Walters, Michael Smith, Bobby Sabre, Clay Cedars, Eddie Ryalf and Bobby Hillman; Honorary Pallbearers, Adam Gerace and Malcolm Murray.
