Brent Guillory

Funeral services for Brent James Guillory of Evergreen will be held on Saturday, December 3, 2022 beginning at 10:00am in the Church of the Little Flower in Evergreen with Father Ramji Shoury officiating.

Mr. Guillory, 64, passed away on November 26, 2022 at Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital in Alexandria.

Brent retired from Placid Oil Refinery after 34 years.

He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and beloved dogs.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Alva and Mary Bessie (St. Romain) Guillory.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 46 ½ years, Cayla Candella Guillory; daughters, Charla Guillory (Joey) of Lafayette, and Courtney Duhon (Brandon) of Maurice; two grandchildren, Leighton and Kynlee Duhon; sister, Judy Neal and brother-in-law Allen Neal of  Natchitoches; and a brother.

He is also survived by his father and mother in law, Charlie and Louise Candella, and brother in law, Charles (Debbie) Candella, Jr., and many nieces, nephews, and cousins

The family will receive friends from 9:00 am until time of service in the church.
