Byron "BF" Lemoine

Funeral Mass for Byron “BF” Lemoine of Simmesport will begin at 12:00pm on Friday, April 5, 2024, at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Bordelonville with Fr. Paul officiating. Burial will follow at the St. Peter’s Cemetery. 

 Byron “BF” Lemoine, age 84, passed away on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at his home in Simmesport surrounded by loved ones. 

 Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 65 years, Myrtle Gauthier Lemoine of Simmesport; 8 grandchildren: Jeremy B. Lemoine (Lane), Tisha Dauzat (Lance) Megan Kirby (Anthony), Jolee Lemoine, Haley Lynn Bonnette (Tyler), Hayden Michot (Destiny), Michael Broussard (Alicia), and Shannon Beauclaire (Gaston). He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren; and a daughter-in-law Connie Lemoine. 

He was preceded in death by his children, Darrell Lemoine, Byron “BB” Lemoine, and Ida Lynn Kimble; his parents, Isadore & Ida Lemoine; siblings, Aristide Lemoine, Kirby Lemoine, Ethel Lemoine, and Raymond Lemoine. 

 Visitation will begin at 8:00am until 11:30am, on Friday, April 5, 2024, at Escude Funeral Home in Simmesport.
