Funeral Mass for Calvin Bordelon, Jr. of Hessmer will take place at the St. Alphonsus Catholic Church of Hessmer on Thursday, January 19th, 2023 beginning at 10:00am with Rev. Edwin Rodriguez-Hernandez officiating. Burial will take place at the St. Alphonsus Catholic Cemetery.

Calvin Bordelon, Jr, age 77, passed away at the Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital of Alexandria on Sunday, January 15th, 2023.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Beryl Bordelon; children, Jude Bordelon (Pia) and Johnathan Bordelon (Tressie); brother, Lennie Bordelon (Linda). He is also survived by his grandchildren, Triston Bordelon, Allie Bordelon, Emilie Bordelon, Peter Bordelon, and Gwyneth Bordelon; step-grandchildren, Jaslyn Roberts, Anna Bordelon, and Kain Bordelon; and his great-grandchild, Taiton Bordelon.

He was preceded in death by his 1st wife, Bessie Bordelon; and parents, Calvin, Sr. and Alice Ducote Bordelon.

Visitation will begin at 5:00pm on Wednesday, January 18th, 2023 at the Escude Funeral Home of Mansura until 10:00pm and resume Thursday morning at 7:30am . A rosary will be recited at 6:30pm Wednesday evening.
