Funeral services for Carl Rabalais, Jr. of Plaucheville will take place on Monday, April 25, 2011 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, beginning at 11:00am. Visitations will be held at the Escud Funeral Home of Moreauville on Sunday, April 24, 2011, beginning at 5:00pm to 9:00pm, and will resume Monday morning at 8:00am. Burial services will commence at the Mater Dolorosa Catholic Cemetery.
Carl Rabalais, Jr., age 72, passed away at the Rapides Regional Medical Center on Tuesday, April 19, 2011. He is preceded in death by his parents, Carl Lily Rabalais Sr. brothers, Eraste Rabalais, Gene Rabalais. HE is survived by his daughters, Tina Johnson and friend Bobby Scroggs of Plaucheville Donna David of Plaucheville, Nicole Dufour of Plaucheville, Diane Guillot and husband Joey of Plaucheville sisters, Natalie Firm of Erwinville, Betty Faye Robinson of Alexandria, Linda Lemoine of Alexandria, Edna Koenig of Kiln, MS, Ann Ducote of Moreauville brothers, Leon Ray Rabalais of Plaucheville, Reo Rabalais of Moreauville. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
Services and funeral arrangements are under the direction of Escud Funeral Home.
