Memorial services for Carol Savoie of Mansura will be held on Saturday, January 31, 2015 beginning at 3pm at the Christian Family Worship Center in Mansura. Visitation will take place on Saturday, January 31, 2015 beginning at 12pm until 3pm at the Christian Family Worship Center in Mansura. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Escude Funeral Home.
Carol Savoie, age 70, passed away on Thursday, January 22, 2015 at Rapides Regional Medical Center in Alexandria. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence & Ivy Cotton Zimmerman and grandchild, Tristan Mills.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of 49 years, Ronald "Goozie" Savoie of Mansura, son, Christopher Savoie (Carolyn) of Mansura; daughter, Cinamon Lawless (Tom) of Lafayette; grandchildren: Shelbie Savoie, Emilie Lawless, Paige Savoie, Hanna Savoie, Noah Barbre, brother, Walter Zimmerman of Florida; sisters, Annette Zimmerman & Shirley Zimmerman both of Metairie.
