Funeral services for Cecil Jude Desselle of Moreauville will be held at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Moreauville on Wednesday, July 7, 2010, beginning at 11:00am. Visitations will take place at the Escude Funeral Home of Moreauville prior to the funeral, beginning at 7:00am. Burial services will commence at the Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery.
Cecil Desselle, age 58, passed away at the Grace Home of Christus St. Francis Cabrini Hospital on Sunday, July 4, 2010. He is preceded in death by his 1st wife, Connie Desselle parents, Aloysius Beryl Maillet Desselle. He is survived by his wife, Marcia Normand Desselle of Moreauville, sons, Russ Kelly Desselle of Bordelonville stepsons, Jason Taylor Tassin brother, Al Desselle of Moreauville, sister, Peggy Guillot of Marksville. He is also survived by his nine grandchildren.
Pallbearers will include Michael Guillot, Ray Desselle, Rodney Desselle, Wayne Normand, Jason Tassin, Andy Gaspard. Honorary pallbearers are Michael Normand, Chad Rachal, Bobby Dufour. Tiffany Desselle will be the cross bearer.
Services and funeral arrangements are under the direction of Escude Funeral Home.
