Celeste Bordelon

Memorial services for Celeste M. Bordelon will be Sunday, May 24, 2015 at St. Paul's Catholic Church at 11:30am in Mansura with Fr. Irion St. Romain officiating. Burial services will be at St. Paul's Cemetery following the mass. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Escude Funeral Home.
Celeste M. Bordelon, born Ida Celeste Mayeux in Mansura, was the daughter of Alphonse Mayeux & Cecile Laborde, the widow of Alfred J. Bordelon, Jr. She was born and reared in Mansura, La, but later moved to Sierra Vista, Az, in 2012 and resided at Mountain View Gardens Retirement facility.
Celeste died from a stroke on Saturday, May 16, 2015, at 9:58am at St. Joseph's Hospital in Tucson, AZ. She is survived by her son, Alfred J. Bordelon, III and his wife Mai Bordelon; grandson, Alfred J. Bordelon, IV and his children, Elizabeth Victoria and Alfred V; granddaughter, Samantha TC Bordelon-Karim and her husband, Soral Karim, and their daughter, Savina M. Karim.
