Funeral services for Charlene Ann Boyer of Marksville will take place at the Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church of Mansura on Saturday, August 20, 2011, beginning at 10:30am. Visitations will be held at the Escud Funeral Home of Mansura, prior to the funeral service, beginning at 8:00am. Burial services will commence at the St. Paul Catholic Cemetery.
Charlene Boyer, age 34, passed away at the Rapides Regional Medical Center of Alexandria on Monday, August 15, 2011. She is preceded in death by her mother, Doretha Simmons James. She is survived by her daughter, Gerionna Boyer father, Alton James of Mansura sister, Nina Jones of Marksville brothers, John Boyer of Alexandria, Elton Boyer of Pineville stepbrother sisters, Sharon, Katina, Natalie, Vicky, Chasity, Arlene, Marlene, Frederick also a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, family friends.
