Claude Smith

Funeral services for Claude Smith will be held on Thursday, July 21, 2016 beginning at 10am at Mater Dolorosa Catholic Church in Plaucheville. Visitation will be held that morning beginning at 9am until time of service, also at the church. Burial will commence in the Mater Dolorosa Catholic Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Escude Funeral Home.

Claude Smith, age 91 passed away on Friday, July 15, 2016 at Bayou Chateau Nursing Home in Simmesport. Mr. Smith served in the United States Navy from 1941-1945 and was released with an Honorable Discharge as a Radioman 3rd class. He was preceded in death by his wife, Marie Smith; parents, Charles G. Smith & Ina Dossett Smith.
