Clayton Laprairie

Funeral services for Clayton John Toe Toe LaPrairie will be held at 11:00am Thursday, May 8, 2014 in Escude Funeral Home of Simmesport. Visitation will be held Wednesday, May 7, 2014 5pm until 10pm and reopen at 8am Thursday. Clayton LaPrairie passed away at Rapides Regional Medical Center on May 5, 2014 at 10:49am. He was 75 years old and a lifelong resident of Simmesport. He was a retired commercial fisherman.
He was preceded in death by his father, George LaPrairie mother, Larca LaPrairie brothers, James LaPrairie and Joe Kimble.
Those left to cherish his memories are his sister, Shirley Willis Bonnette brother, Mack Glenda LaPrairie all of Simmesport sons, Carroll LaPrairie of Lettsworth and Darrell Nancy LaPrairie of Pineville daughters, Pam Dean Rogers of Lettsworth and Norma Dennis Martin of Simmesport grandchildren, Crystal Armand of Bordelonville, Russell Ericka Rogers of Lettsworth, Melisa John Bowman of Plaucheville, Cheyenne KeithBordelon of Bordelonville, Jessica Shelby Ponthieux of Torbert, Chasity LaPrairie of Simmesport and Brandon Brooke LaPrairie of Plaucheville and 17 great grandchildren.
Service and arrangements are under the direction of Escude Funeral Home.
