Funeral services for Daniel Alexis Bordelon of Bordelonville will be held on Sunday, March 9, 2014 beginning at 2:30pm at St. Peters Catholic Church in Bordelonville. Interment will be held at the St. Peters Mausoleum in Bordelonville. Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 9, 2014 beginning at 9am until the time of funeral at the St. Peters Church Hall in Bordelonville and the rosary will be at 12pm. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Escud Funeral Home.
Daniel Alexis Bordelon, age 76, passed away at his home in Bordelonville on Friday, March 7, 2014. He was preceded in death by his parents, Alexis Emma Laborde Bordelon and his daughter, Ilene Johnson.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Anne P. Bordelon of Bordelonville his daughters: Carla Moreau of Bordelonville, Allyson Ludeau of Baton Rouge, and Danelle Munoz of Houston, TX his son, Brian Scott Bordelon of Bordelonville his stepdaughters: Sheryl Fleming of Calhoun City, MS and Kimberly Mitchel of Big Creek, MS his sisters: Marilyn Bordelon and Barbara Bordelon of Bordelonville. He also leaves eight grandchildren, four stepgrandchildren, two greatgrandchildren, four stepgrandchildren, and one stepgreatgreatgrandchild.
Those honored to serve as pallbearers are Devin Moreau, Jesse Ludeau, Wade Bordelon, Kerry Bordelon, Clay Roblin, and Kent Roblin and crossbearers will be Ava Munoz Emma Munoz.
