Funeral services for Darlene Ann Bordelon of Moreauville will take place on Monday, April 1, 2013 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Moreauville, beginning at 10:00am, with Fr. Marc Noel officiating. Visitation will be held at the Escud Funeral Home of Moreauville on Sunday, March 31, 2013, from 5:00pm to 10:00pm and will resume Monday morning at 8:00am. Burial services will commence at the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery 2.
Darlene Bordelon, age 59, passed away at the Rapides Regional Medical Center of Alexandria on Friday, March 29, 2013. She is preceded in death by her parents, Willie Evelyn Austin Goudeau. She is survived by her husband, Robert Bordelon of Moreauville daughters, Evelyn Cass husband Thomas of Marksville, Michelle Lemoine husband Chris of Moreauville son, Jason Bordelon wife Tricia of Marksville sisters, Gwen Goudeau Kathy Mayeux, both of Marksville. She is also survived by her eight grandchildren. Honored to serve for the funeral service as pallbearers are: Jacob Cass, Wesley Lemoine, Chris Lemoine, Tom Cass, Bobby Lacombe, Willie Mayeux, as cross bearer, Hannah Lemoine.
