Funeral services for Dayton Joseph Guillot of Baker will be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2015 beginning at 11am at the Escude Funeral Home in Mansura with Fr. Irion St. Romain officiating. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2015 beginning at 9am until 11am at the Escude Funeral Home in Mansura. Interment will be held at the St. Paul Mausoleum in Mansura.
Dayton Joseph Guillot, age 74, passed away at the Our Lady of the Lake Hospital in Baton Rouge on Sunday, March 15, 2015. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ferdinand & Ila Michel Guillot; brother, Gerald Guillot; sister, Verlie Guillory.
Those left to cherish his memory are his brothers, Jessie Guillot of Clinton and John Alton Guillot of Baker; and his sister, Beryl Bravato of Metairie.
