Della Dauzat

Funeral services for Della Marie Dauzat of Hessmer will be held on Friday, January 22, 2010 at the St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church of Belledeau, beginning at 10:30am, with Fr. Edwin RodriguezHernandez officiating. Visitations will take place at the Escude Funeral Home of Mansura on Thursday, January 21, 2010, beginning at 6:00pm until 10:00pm, and will resume Friday morning at 8:30am. Burial services will commence at the St. Martin of Tours Cemetery.
Della Dauzat, age 93, passed away at the Hessmer Nursing Home on Tuesday, January 19, 2010. She is preceded in death by her husband, Elda Dauzat parents, Enid Valorie Mayeaux daughter, Lou Ella Reyher. She is survived by her daughters, Jeanette White of Dallas, Beryl Dauzat of Birmingham son, Ryan Dauzat of Baton Rouge sisters, Mable Vead of Alexandria, Nelda Scallan of New Orleans brother, Clarence Mayeaux of Baton Rouge. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren numerous greatgrandchildren.
