Services for Mr. Dudley James Dubroc will be at St. Peters Catholic Church on Sunday, June 24, 2007 at 2 p.m. with Msgr. Steve Testa officiating. Burial will be in St. Peter Cemetery, Bordelonville under the direction of Escude Funeral Home. Mr. Dubroc, age 75, of Hamburg died Friday, June 22, 2007 in Rapides Regional Medical Center, Alexandria. He served as a US Army Sergeant in the Korean Conflict. He was a 32nd degree, Scottish Rite Mason and member of the Atchafalaya Lodge 169 in Simmesport. He was a world traveler in the oil industry beginning his career as a crane operator in Venezuela, rose to the rank of Superintendent while in Bahrain, eventually moved from Scotland back to Hamburg where he later retired. Mr. Dubroc is survived by his wife, Renate Salewski Dubroc of Hamburg; sons, Reiner Dubroc of Hamburg, Dieter Dubroc of Hamburg; daughters, Desiree Dubroc of Kenner, Cesiree Dubroc of Palm Springs, California; grandchildren, Brandon Stadler, Jordan Stadler, Randy Dubroc, Vance Dubroc, Laurielle Dubroc, Ian Dubroc; sisters, Eleanor Galland of Chalmette, Gloria Dubroc of Metairie, Dottie Mae Lozano of Metairie, Sylvia Bordelon of Ponchatoula; brothers Numan Dubroc of Saint Martinville, Vincent Dubroc of Baton Rouge, Tyrone Dubroc of Jackson. He was preceded in death by his sister, Diana Gagnard Visitation will be at St. Peters Church Hall, Bordelonville on Sunday , June 24, 2007 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. A Wake service will be held at 1 p.m. Pallbearers will be Vincent Dubroc, Tyrone Dubroc, Reiner Dubroc, Dieter Dubroc, Jordan Stadler, Alphonse Miller, III. Crossbearer, Randy Dubroc.
