Homegoing services Earl Lavalais of Lawrenceville, GA will be held on Saturday, March 17, 2018 beginning at 11am at Little Zion Baptist Church in Longbridge with Pastor Vernon Simon officiating. Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 17, 2018 beginning at 8am until 11am at Little Zion Baptist Church. Burial will be held at the church cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Escude Funeral Home.

Earl Lavalais, age 69, passed away on Friday, March 9, 2018 at Gwinnett Medical Center in Lawrenceville, GA. Mr. Lavalais was preceded in death by his parents, Norman & Vynella Lavalais; four siblings, Lee Ether Dauzat, Kathleen Williams, Kal Lavalais, and Nolan Turner.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Patricia W. Lavalais of Lawrenceville, GA; two sons, Fitzgerald Lavalais and Carlos Lavalais of Houston, TX; two daughters, Yolanda Williams of Las Vegas, NV and Nicole Lavalais of Flint, MI; two grandchildren, Nikayla Williams of Las Vegas and Aquavis Burk Lavalais of MI; five sisters, Margie Alexander of Alexandria, LA, Mary Ford, Sandra Lavalais, Mildred Jones and Connie Greenhouse all of Marksville, LA and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
