Services for Eddie Mae Harris will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, December 22, 2007 at Old Zion Baptist Church, Cottonport with Rev. Donald Tibbs officiating. Burial will be in Old Zion Baptist Cemetery, Cottonport. Eddie Mae Harris, age 66, of Cottonport, diedTuesday, December 11, 2007 at Gwinnett Medical Center. She is survived by her daughters, Amelda Harris Dobison of Lawrenceville, Georgia, Rebecca Machelle Harris and Amie Marie Harris, both of Cottonport; sons, Eddie Ray Harris of Lawrenceville, Georgia, Joseph Maxwell Harris of Cottonport; daughter-in-law, Martha Harris Joseph of Cottonport; sisters, Frankie Matthews Charles, Rose Evans Robert, Carrie Taylor Gary, Theresa Matthews Thomas, Diane Williams, all of Houston, Texas, Jeanette Kelley of Pineville, Lena Williams Jacobs Nolan of Cottonport, Cynthia Louis Tim, Glenda Range Anthony, both of Dallas, Texas, Vicki Antione Calvin of Arlington, Texas; brothers, Albert Roy Lavalais, Jr. of Cottonport, Everette Williams of Mansura, Kennth Williams of Moreauville, Johnny Tompkins of Bunkie, Donald Williams, Walter Williams, Curtis Lavalais, Donell Lavalais Alona, all of Port Arthur, Texas; fifteen grandchildren, Karisha, Ke Andra, Sidney, Ladreaka, Jaleesa, ShaTeryea, Shakyra, Nicholas, Justin, Joseph, Jr., Terry III, Sarah, Tevin, Shalayna and Joseph III; six great-grandchildren, KaShayla, Kadin, Kelin, Isaiah, Eriel and Sindneyanna; aunt, Vergie Kelly; also a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
