Funeral services for Eddie Paul Mayeux, Sr. of Mansura will take place at the St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church of Mansura on Monday, January 2, 2012, beginning at 11:00am with Father Chad Partain officiating. Visitations will also be held at the church, prior to the funeral services, from 9:00am to 11:00am. Burial services will commence at the St. Paul Catholic Mausoleum.
Eddie Mayeux, Sr., age 90, passed away at the Grace Home Hospice Center of Alexandria on Friday, December 30, 2011. He is preceded in death by his parents, Arnaud Beatrice Neck Mayeux grandchild, Jay Edward Mayeux brother, Joseph Mayeux sister, Mae Guillot. He is survived by his wife, Hazel Mayeux of Mansura children, Eddie Mayeux, Jr. of Cottonport, Donna and husband Larkin Mulhearn of Monroe, Thomas and wife Sandra Mayeux of Mansura, Catherine and husband Clyde Ducote of Hessmer, Kenneth Mayeux of Mansura, Monica and husband Todd Baudin of Cottonport grandchildren, Wesley Mayeux of Miami, FL, Trenton Mayeux of Mansura, Madeline Bonnette of Cottonport brother, Nick and wife Zee Mayeux of Hessmer sister, Arnolia Mitchell of Baton Rouge and also many nieces and nephews.
