Edla Hess

Funeral services for Edla Hess of Alexandria will take place at the Christ the King Church of Simmesport on Thursday, June 14, 2012, beginning at 11:30am. Visitations will also be held at the church prior to the funeral service from 9:30am to 11:30am. Burial services will commence at the Forest Lawn Cemetery of Pineville.
Edla Hess, age 84, passed away at the Avoyelles Hospital of Marksville on Tuesday, June 12, 2012. She is survived by her children, Richard Harrison Hess, Jr. of Natchez, MS, Robert Lionel Hess of Birmingham, AL, Eric Gerard Hess of Alexandria grandson, Robbie Hess. She is preceded in death by her parents, Lionel Amy Rabalais Voiselle brothers, Lyman Voiselle, Jules Voiselle, Herbert Voiselle, Lamar Voiselle, Claiborne Voiselle sisters, Agnes Couvillion, Ida Voiselle, Ruby Smith.
