Funeral sevices for Elaine Veronica Mayeux Lemoine of Plaucheville will be held on Monday, January 19, 2015 at Mater Dolorosa Catholic Church in Plaucheville with Father Keith Ishmael officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held Sunday January 18, 2015 from 6:00pm until 10:00pm with a wake service beginning at 7:00pm and will resume at 8:00am Monday morning until 9:30am at Escude' Funeral Home of Moreauville. Ms. Lemoine age 77 passed away on Thursday, January 15, 2015 at the Grace Home in Alexandria. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kermit J. Lemoine; parents, Peter and Bernadette (Rabalais) Lemoine; a brother Donald Mayeux and a sister Beatrice Lemoine. Those left to cherish her memory are five sons, Kenneth Paul Lemoine, Steven Joseph Lemoine, Randall P. Lemoine, Carl J. Lemoine of Plaucheville and Terrence Jude Lemoine of Coonville; sister, Maxine Firmin of Plaucheville; 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
