Funeral services for Elaine Marie Lummus of Hamburg will take place at the First Baptist Church of Simmesport on April 6, 2010, beginning at 10:00am. Visitations will be held at the Escude Funeral Home of Simmesport from 5:00pm to 9:00pm, on Monday, April 5, 2010. Burial services will commence at the First Baptist Cemetery of Simmesport.
Elaine Lummus, age 56, passed away at the Rapides Regional Medical Center on Friday, April 2, 2010. She is preceded in death by her parents, Ellis Earline Chatelain daughter, Kristy Neeley. She is survived by her husband, David Lummus, Sr. of Hamburg daughters, Jeanie Boudreaux of Melville, Ruthie Kenyon of La Place brothers, Dale Chatelain of Zachary, Kenny Chatelain of Plaquemine stepson, David Lummus, Jr. of Jasper, TX. She is also survived by her eight grandchildren two greatgrandchildren.
