Funeral services for Elsie Bazer of Batchelor will take place at the Escude Funeral Home of Simmesport on Friday, August 13, 2010, beginning at 2:00pm, with Larry Thibodeau officiating. Visitations will also be held at the funeral home, prior to the services, on Friday, beginning at 9:00am. Burial services will commence at the Tranquility Family Cemetery.
Elsie Bazer, age 90, passed away at her home on Wednesday, August 11, 2010. She is preceded in death by her husband, Merle Bazer, Sr. brothers, Oswald Broussard, Lloyd Broussard, Lorraine Breaux sister, Cammile Broussard parents, Leon Rule Isore Broussard. She is survived by her daughter, Ellen Bazer Thibodeau husband Larry of Batchelor sons, Chris Bazer wife Nettie of Batchelor, Thomas Bazer Connie of Petersburg, Jason Bazer wife Shelia of Batchelor, John Bazer wife Linda of Batchelor, Philip Bazer wife Jeanie of New Orleans, Merle Gregory Bazer, Jr. of Batchelor sisters, Rita Segura, Juliette Perrin brothers, Lee Broussard, Ray Broussard grandchildren, Teche Yvonne Bazer, Rachel Eden Bazer, Shane Reuben Bazer, Judith Yvette Bazer, Nicole Nadine Bazer, Denver Martin Bazer, Cody James Bazer, William Russell Bazer, Daryl Dee Dee Bazer, Dominic Bazer, Janice Lynn Bazer, Keith Charles Bazer, Crystal Thibodeaux Carter, Genevieve Augusta Bazer, Jessica Ann Bazer, Mary Katherine Bazer, Kelli Elizabeth Bazer, Jill Elizabeth Bazer greatgrandchildren, Jill, Ashton, Ireland, Jack, Jake, Brittany, Caleb, Maci, Marrisa, Dakota, Brent, Michelle, Miranda, Evangeline, Elanor, Emma, Mallory, Andrew greatgreatgrandchildren, Noah, Ayden, Lucas.
