E'Lysia Dobison

Baby E'laysia Nakaya Dobison passed away peacefully in New Orleans on June 3, 2016 at 12:30pm. She was born on March 18th, 2016 at 9:39pm. She is survived by her parents, Johneka Dobison and Re'quan Mingo, Sr., and her brother Re'quan Mingo, Jr. On her mother's side, she is survived by grandmother, Pauline Dobison (Lester) of Cottonport, grandfather, John Dobison (Denise) of Katy, TX; great-grandmothers, Ora Jenkins of Cottonport and Elizabeth Dobison of Cottonport; aunt, Kheena Jenkins; cousins, Roneisha Coleman, Kelsey Bradford, Mya Bradford, all of Cottonport. She was preceded in death by her great-grandfathers, Paul Shelton Benjamin and Wilbert Dobison. On her father's side, she is survived by her grandmother, Danne Mingo of Cottonport; grandfather, Sharail Prier of Mansura; great-grandparents, Lucy Jacobs of Cottonport, Albert Jacobs of Marksville, Nellie Mae Roy of Mansura, & Lionel Prier of Mansura.
Services will be held at the Escude Funeral Home of Mansura on Friday, June 10, 2016 beginning at 2:00pm with Brother Henry Hill officiating. Visitation will take place the same day from 1:00pm to 2:00pm.
