Emmanuel Mayeux

Emmanuel Finch Mayeux, age 77, of Moreauville, La., died Wednesday, September 6, 2006, at Bayou Chateau Nursing Center in Simmesport, La. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Moreauville. He was also Owner of Moreauville Concrete Works. A member of Knights of Columbus Holy Name Society Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Moreauville, LA He was an avid sportsman, enjoying hunting and fishing. He was the son of the late Henry Mayeux and the late Marie Plauche Mayeux. He is survived by his wife Ivy Mae Mayeux Mayeux; Three Daughters, Judy Ann Husband Eric Gormsen of Moreauville, La. Dawn Mary husband Brent Dauzat of Moreauville, La. Marie Louise Husband John Landry of Prairieville, La. One Son, Dr. Ted Wife Wanda Mayeux of Baton Rouge, La. One Sister, Rita Periou of Baton Rouge, La. Nine grandchildren Twelve great-grandchildren Arrangements are being handled by Escude Funeral Home, Moreauville, where the family will receive friends from 5:00 PM Thursday, September 7, 2006 until time of services on Friday. Funeral service will be at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Moreauville at 11:00 AM Friday, September 8, 2006 , Rev Jose Robles Sanchez, Father William and Marc Noel officiating. Interment will be at Sacred Heart Mausoleum in Moreauville, La.
