Funeral services for Ernest Bordelon of Moreauville will take place at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Moreauville on Saturday, October 6, 2012, beginning at 11:00am with Fr. Marc Noel officiating. Visitation will be held at the Escud Funeral Home of Moreauville, prior to the funeral service, from 8:00am to 11:00am Saturday morning. Burial services will commence at the Sacred Heart Mausoleum.
Ernest Bordelon, age 96, passed away at the Valley View Nursing Home of Marksville on Wednesday, October 3, 2012. He is preceded in death by his wife, Ann Bordelon daughter, Evelyn Bordelon and parents, Della Boo Boo Aline Bordelon brothers, Elster, Eldred, Stafford Bordelon sisters, Della Dardan Angela Lemoine. He is survived by his daughter, Toni Bergeron of Moreauville soninlaw, Stephen Joe Bordelon of Moreauville two grandchildren, Celeste Lemoine Bruce, Johnny Bergeron Penny five greatgrandchildren, Alyssa Anderson Robert, Alayna Lambert Jade, Kylie Bergeron, Bruce Lemoine, II, and Aaron Bergeron two greatgreatgrandchildren, Cole Lambert and Reid Anderson sister, Eva Gaspard brother, James Bordelon.
Service and arrangements are under the direction of Escud Funeral Home.
