Funeral services for Eula Gauthier of Cottonport will be held on Monday, May 18th, 2009 at St. Marys Assumption Catholic Church of Cottonport at 1:00p.m. Officiating Clergy will be Fr. Anthony Dhamaraj Fr. Raj. Visitations will be held on Sunday, May 17th, 2009 at the Escude Funeral Home of Cottonport between 5:00 p.m. 9:00 p.m. and will re-open the next morning at 8:00a.m. A Rosary will be said Sunday night at 7:00p.m. Eula Mary Gauthier, age 90, passed away at Valley View Nursing Home on May 15th, 2009. She is preceded in death by her; husband, Marion Gauthier, Sr.; son, Marion Gauthier, Jr.; mother, Estella Guillory; father, Kirby Gremillion; granddaughter, Cheryl Fontenot; three brothers, Wilmon Gremillion, Marion Gremillion, John Gremillion; two sisters, Hazel Firmin Marjorie Jeansonne. She is survived by her; daughters, Ruth Ducote husband Bobby of Cottonport and Jeanice Jernigan husband Bobby of Murfreesboro, TN; son, James Jimmy Gauthier wife Barbara of Nederland, TX; daughter-in-law, Hazel Gauthier of Groves, TX; sister, Nellie Mae Guillory of Mandeville. She is also survived by her thirteen grandchildren, twenty-seven great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild. Funeral services and arrangements are under the direction of Escude Funeral Homes.
