Eunice Bordelon

Funeral services for Eunice Rachal Bordelon of Mansura will be held on Friday, November 13, 2009 at the St. Marys Assumption Catholic Church in Cottonport, beginning at 11:00am, with Fr. Blake Deshautelle officiating. Visitations will take place at the Escude Funeral Home of Cottonport prior to the funeral, beginning at 8:30am, with a rosary at 10:00am. Burial services will follow the funeral and will be held at the St. Marys Assumption Catholic Mausoleum 2. Eunice Rachal Bordelon, age 93, passed away at the Mathews Memorial Health Care Center on Wednesday, November 11, 2009. She is preceded in death by her; husband, Elliot Bordelon, Sr.; parents, Victor Leona Daigrepont Rachal; son, Elliot Bordelon, Jr.; sister, Agnes Rachal; brothers, Arnold Rachal, Albert Rachal, Merlin Rachal. She is survived by her; daughters, Jeanette Roy of Mansura, Linda Gauthier and husband Russell of Alexandria; son, Gerald Bordelon and wife Judy of Alexandria; sister, Gladys Lacombe of New Orleans. She is also survived by her 11 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren. Services and funeral arrangements are under the directions of Escude Funeral Home.
