Funeral services for Everett J. Roy of La Place will take place on Saturday, December 4, 2010 at the St. Peters Catholic Church of Bordelonville, beginning at 11:00am. Visitations will be held at the St. Peters Church Hall, prior to the funeral service, beginning at 9:00am. Burial services will commence at the St. Michael Cemetery of Rexmer.
Everett Roy, age 66, passed away at the River Parish Medical Center on Thursday, December 2, 2010. He was the owner of National Crane, and worked for Scott Construction, TL James, and Boh Brothers. He is preceded in death by his parents, Silton Nellie Roy brothers, Ralph Roy Ronnie Roy. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Cleothile Tela Armand Roy children, Sharon Diehl and husband David, Tracy Perilloux and husband Felix, Ronnie Roy and wife Jennifer, Susan Simoneaux and husband Jamie grandchildren, Ashley, Kelsey, Kayla, James, Lauren, Samantha, Hyde, and Beaux. He is also survived by his sister, Nina brothers, Rodney Roy, Brother Roy, Tommy Smith also a host of nieces, nephews, his dog Coco, his cat Cali, and friends who loved him.
