Memorial service for Fay Cazelot of Yellow Bayou will begin at 2:00pm on Saturday, December 30, 2023, at Heart of Worship Church in Lettsworth with Pastor Daniel Wright, III officiating. Interment will follow at the Heart of Worship Cemetery in Lettsworth. Visitation will begin at 12:00pm until 2:00pm on Saturday, December 30, 2023, at Heart of Worship Church in Lettsworth.

Fay Cazelot, age 83, passed away on Thursday, December 21, 2023, at her home in Yellow Bayou.

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter-in-law, Tina Sellers Cazelot of Yellow Bayou; 3 grandchildren, Brandi Cazelot of Yellow Bayou, Josh Cazelot (Kera) of Yellow Bayou, and Jonathan Cazelot of Yellow Bayou; her great-grandson, Karter Dauzat; her brother, Bruce Mayberry of Geismar; sisters, Linda Rachal of Hamburg and Emmie Chesne of Echo.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Cazelot; her son, Shannon Cazelot; and her parents, Joseph & Ethel Mayberry; six sisters; and three brothers.
