Felma Mae Bordelon, 83 a longtime resident of Lettsworth, LA died January 12, 2011 at the Grace Home Hospice, in Alexandria after a lengthy illness.
Services will be held at Christ the King Catholic Church, Simmesport, LA on Friday, January 14, 2011 at 11:30 a.m. with Monsignor John Timmermans officiating. Entombment followed in the Christ the King Mausoleum under the direction of Escude Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 8:00 a.m. until time of services.
Ms. Bordelon was preceded in death by her parents Douglas and Winnie Moreau. Her son, Terry Bordelon Sr. sister, Sybil Bailey and brother Eugene Moreau.
Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Diane Foreman and husband James of Crosby, MS son, Burton Bordelon and wife Kathy of Lettsworth, LA daughter, Wanda Bordelon of Lettsworth, LA daughter in law Donna Bordelon of Lettsworth six grandchildren, Angie Viars and her husband Rich of Columbia, SC, Melissa Lindsly and husband Todd of Hamburg, LA, Jennifer Lambuth and husband Shane of Natchez, MS, Terry Bordelon Jr. of Simmesport, LA, Lacey Johnson of Lettsworth and Bryan Bordelon and fiance Lawren Theriot of Lettsworth, LA. eleven great grandchildren, Brandi Rabalais of Columbia SC, Casey Smith and husband Erik of Lafayette, Emily Bordelon of Cottonport, LA, Jon Bordelon and Tristan Bordelon of Hamburg, LA, Reagan Bordelon and Alyssa Bordelon of Simmesport, LA, Mallory Johnson of Lettsworth, LA, Lauren Lambuth and Allison Lambuth of Natchez, MS, Mallory Johnson and Morgan Bordelon of Lettsworth, LA two step great grandchildren, Cole Lindsly and Mason Lindsly of Hamburg, LA four sisters, Ethel Bacon and Madia Ducote of Baton Rouge, LA, Sylvia Dufour of Kenner, LA and Joyce Walls and husband Richard of Marksville, LA two brothers, Dave Moreau and Parker Moreau and wife Louise of Simmesport, LA.
