Services for Mrs. Frida L. Firmin of Cottonport will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 13, 2009 at Escude Funeral Home-Cottonport. Burial will be in St. Marys Cemetery 2 in Cottonport under the direction of Escude Funeral Home, Cottonport. Survivors include two sons Heward Firmin, Jr. of Cottonport, Ricky Firmin of Kinder; two daughters, Sue Ann Moore of Alabama, Debra Ferguson of Cottonport; three brothers, Cubert Lemoine of Moreauville, Steve Lemoine of Evergreen and Arthur Lemoine, Jr. of Bunkie; four sisters, Ethel Bacon, Judy Daigrepont of Prairieville, Bernice Gauthier of Cottonport, Janice Gauthier of Marksville; seven grandchildren; four great-grand- children; and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by husband Heward Firmin, Sr.; mother, Mable Aymond Lemoine; father Arthur Lemoine, Sr.; two brothers, Huston Lemoine, Burton Lemoine; sister, Ruth Armand. Visitation will be at Escude Funeral Home of Cottonport from 4 p.m to all night. A Wake Service will be at 7 p.m. Friday.
