Gaston Francisco, Jr age 51, passed away on November 13, 2016 at his home in Mansura, Louisiana. He was born on December 1, 1964 in Pineville, Louisiana to Gaston and Haroldine Prier Francisco
Gaston grew up in Mansura, Louisiana. He graduated from Mansura High School in 1982. After high school, he attended college at Grambling State University in Grambling, Louisiana where he received a Bachelor degree in Computer Information Systems. He joined the Marines in 1982 and the Navy in 1988 and was discharged in 1997 on military disability.
Gaston married Nancy De La Cruz in 1991 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He enjoyed music and was a great artist.
Gaston is survived by his father Gaston Solomon Francisco and his mother Haroldine Francisco Dailey. His spouse Nancy of Olongapo City, Philippines. His daughters Shamie (Junior) Francisco Andrews of San Diego, California and Genelyn De La Cruz Francisco of Olongapo City, Philippines. His brothers Michael Evans of Memphis, Tennessee, Aaron Francisco of Seattle, Washington, Kevin Francisco of Sunnyvale, California, Roy Dailey of Seattle, Washington. His sisters Charlene Francisco Davidson Jenkins of Seattle, Washington, Tawanna Francisco of Orlando, Florida, Yvette Dailey of Seattle, Washington; grandchildren Jhamae Francisco Hidalgo, Jharen Francisco Hidalgo of Olongapo City, Philippines and niece Sabrina Nikia Smith of Rockville, Maryland and a host of other cousins, relatives and friends.
A viewing will be held at Escude Funeral home on Saturday, November 19th from 8:00am until 12:00pm. The funeral service will be held at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church in Mansura, LA at 1pm. Burial & military honors will follow at St Paul Cemetery.
