Funeral services for Gene J. Sellers of Moreauville formerly of Simmesport will be held on Thursday, April 3, 2014 beginning at 11am at the Tabernacle Baptist Church in Simmespor. Burial will be in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Dupont, La. Visitation will be held on April 2, 2014, beginning at 5pm until 9pm at Escude Funeral Home in Simmesport and will reopen on April 3, 2014 at 9am until 11am in the Tabernacle Baptist Church in Simmesport, La.

Mr. Gene J. Sellers passed away on March 31, 2014 at his residence in Moreauville, La.

Those left to cherish his memory is his son, Brian Sellers of Truman, Arkansas daughter, Tina Cazelot of Simmesport brother, Herman Sellers of Moreauville step son, Craig Moreau of Belledeau step daughter, Connie Couvillion of Simmesport step daughter, Donna Gauthier of Port Barre step daughter, Cathy Francis of Walker step daughter, Susan Melder of Colfax.also survived by 5 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ethel Sellers son, Leland Paul Sellers parents, Willian and Adelle Sellers. Arrangements are under direction of Escude Funeral Home of Simmesport, La.
