Funeral services for Geneva Barone of Lettsworth will be held on Saturday, October 24, 2009 at the Escude Funeral Home of Simmesport, beginning at 11:00am. Visitations will also take place at the funeral on Friday, October 23, 2009, beginning at 6:00pm and lasting until 10:00pm. Visitations will resume on Saturday morning at 8:00am and last until time of the funeral. Burial will take place at the Big Bend Baptist Church Cemetery, with Rev. Larry Thibodeaux officiating. Geneva Barone, age 71, passed away at her home on Thursday, October 22, 2009. She is preceded in death by her; parents, Deo Coco Myrtle Arnouville Coco; grandchild, Christopher. She is survived by her; husband, Bobby Barone of Lettsworth; daughters, Annette husband Kent Laborde of Lettsworth, Konnie husband Tim Bowman of Lettsworth, Angie husband Jeff Ramsey of Batchelor; sister Viola Rogers of Simmesport; brother, Allen Coco of Baton Rouge. She is also survived by her; grandchildren, Amanda, Jessica, Pam, Vanessa, Kaylin, Sam, Chassity, Christen, and Michael; great-grandchildren, Hunter, Taylor, Brooke, Emily, Brennan, Maddie, Carter, Keith, Kaden, Samuel, Noah, and Chris Stajha. Services and funeral arrangements are under the direction of Escude Funeral Home.
