Funeral services for Georgette Roy of Mansura will be held on Wednesday, August 12, 2009 at St. Pauls Catholic Church of Mansura at 10:00am. Visitations will be held at Escude Funeral Home of Mansura on Tuesday, August 11, 2009 at 6:00pm until 9:00pm, with a wake service at 8:00 that evening. Visitations will resume at 8:00am Wednesday morning and last until time of service. Georgette Roy, age 83, passed away at Rio Sol Nursing Home on Monday, August 10, 2009. She is survived by her; niece, Mary Dufour of Marksville. She is also survived by; two grandchildren, Melanie Roy, Laurie Roy. She is preceded in death by her; parents, Tesker Aureline Lemoine; husband, Nolan Roy; son, Steve Roy; sisters, Pearl Ducote, Isabelle Burke, Doris Gaillard; brothers, Elmo Lemoine, Peter Lemoine, Cressie Lemoine, Gladrey Lemoine. Arrangements and services are under the direction of Escude Funeral Home.
